Refund policy

Please note: all ebook sales are final. This refund policy is for physical items, and is subject to change at any time.


If your book arrives significantly damaged or missing pages: Please contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the item(s) and the packing list that came in the box (if still available) to apply for a free replacement or refund, full or partial. Please note that we cannot refund/replace items with minor dings, scratches, or text issues (like typos). 


If you never received your item (i.e. the wrong book was sent or package was lost in the mail): Please contact us within 60 days with your order number and a photo of the packing list that came in the box (if relevant) to apply for a refund or free replacement.


If a book goes out of stock before your order can ship: You will be automatically refunded for the out-of-stock book and relevant shipping/taxes; if you ordered other books that are in stock, those will still ship as normal. Any promotions (such as free shipping at $75) at the time of your purchase will still be honored.


For any other issues: Contact us so we can help you with your order. Please note that we generally cannot cancel an order once it's submitted to the shipment center (which is usually the day after you order).
